As soon as we know what you’re looking for, we will set you up in our MLS portal, customizing the search results to only show houses that fit your needs – and we can further tweak the results if your desires change. When you see a house you’d like to visit, we will arrange the showing and attend with you. We can help see the bones of a poorly-decorated condo or spot potential issues that you want to avoid.
Once you’ve chosen a property, we will write up your offer and negotiate on your behalf – everything is negotiable! This includes not only the cost, but also repairs or upgrades you want to be completed in advance, an accelerated closing date, and more. We’ll also go through the contract’s legal jargon with you so that you understand what you’re agreeing to.
Once terms have been set, we have an extensive list of contacts to hire for due diligence. We can arrange an inspector, recommend repair companies, and more – and we’ll advise you on how any unexpected issues can affect your deal. Finally, when it’s time for closing, we will still be at your side, from the final walkthrough to signing the paperwork.
