With two of us on your side, you’ll always be able to get quick assistance in whatever you need.

Our journey together begins with the introductory phone call. You’ll learn about us and our experience, and get an overview of the next steps. It’s also at this point that we discuss what you’re looking for in your next home and where you are in the buying process. This can include helping you get pre-approved by a mortgage lender to determine your budget, discussing the benefits and drawbacks of different neighborhoods to find which fit your lifestyle, and learning your timeline.

As soon as we know what you’re looking for, we will set you up in our MLS portal, customizing the search results to only show houses that fit your needs – and we can further tweak the results if your desires change. When you see a house you’d like to visit, we will arrange the showing and attend with you. This is where our experience in flipping houses will be particularly useful to you – we know how to see beyond a high-end finish to a gerry-rigged construction underneath. We can help see the bones of a poorly-decorated condo or spot potential issues that you want to avoid.

Once you’ve chosen a property, we will write up your offer and negotiate on your behalf – everything is negotiable! This includes not only the cost, but also repairs or upgrades you want to be completed in advance, an accelerated closing date, and more. We’ll also go through the contract’s legal jargon with you so that you understand what you’re agreeing to.

Once terms have been set, we have an extensive list of contacts to hire for due diligence. We can arrange an inspector, recommend repair companies, and more – and we’ll advise you on how any unexpected issues can affect your deal. Finally, when it’s time for closing, we will still be at your side, from the final walkthrough to signing the paperwork. 

Our start-to-finish service means you never have to worry about dishonesty or unforeseeable issues that kill the deal. At any point, if you have a question or think you might be facing an issue, you can call us and we will use our experience, expertise, and extensive network to answer concerns and problem-solve, even if you’re just wondering where to get the best steak dinner in town.
